Knots, slight cracking, blemishes, small dents and minor colour variations are inherent characteristics of natural wood products. These irregularities do not impact the structural integrity of our products, and are not considered defects. Minor variations should be expected, and are part of the natural character and allure of wood products.

All timber surfaces will change colour and mellow over time. New furniture will initially vary in shade from items that have been previously purchased.

Please note, our products are not physically held in stock by The Style Collective, they will be sent directly from our suppliers.

We do our best to ensure availability is kept to up to date, but some items may have longer lead times.

All shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery destination as well as the size and weight of your order. This will be calculated and invoiced after your order has been confirmed.

If you would like a quote prior to confirming your order please email emily@thestylecollective.nz with the product name/s, along with your delivery address. Otherwise, you will be notified of the additional shipping costs when your order is processed. Shipping costs will be invoiced and paid prior to dispatching your order.
