Full Staging
This option includes staging and styling of an entire property, inside and out. This is our most popular service as more people are understanding the value in removing anything personal to allow buyers to see the property with a fresh perspective. This means that your marketing material and photography works cohesively to give you the greatest chance of securing the best result.​​​

THE PROCESS
There is so much to do when listing your home
for sale, where do you start?
Firstly, you’ve made the decision to market your home or investment property for sale, now is the perfect time to contact us. 3-4 weeks is the preferred timeframe, as we do book out a few weeks in advance. Although we understand that each situation is different, in special cases we can work with a tighter turnaround, depending on availability at the time.
We will then book a time to meet with you at the property to discuss your plans. This will include taking photos of each space, measurements and noting any important details. After the initial consultation we will send you a no obligation quote outlining everything you need to know.
After acceptance of the quote we will begin planning the install around your marketing campaign. The install can take 1-2 days depending on the size of your property. We usually complete the staging the day before the photographer is booked.
Our staging packages are for 5 weeks, this is usually enough time for a marketing campaign. If you require staging for longer than the initial 5 weeks, we may be able to offer you an extension (subject to availability) this will be charged weekly.
All details will be outlined in the staging agreement before acceptance.
